Natalie Lorenz hails from beautiful South Africa but has been fortunate to call the USA her home for 17 years. A working career that has taken her from the corporate world to being a small business owner and a professional mom, and now the spearhead of Decorus Home Staging.

Natalie leads a team of award-winning luxury vacant home stagers and has taken her business from an incubator startup to a 7 figure business in 5 years. She has been voted Top 100 most influential People in Real Estate Staging for 4 years running.

She has been a guest speaker at numerous Real Estate and Staging Conferences, with talks ranging from Luxury Home Staging to Staging Logistics. She has served as leader in the staging industry for 7+ years. She is accredited through Certified Staging Professionals, Staging Design Professional, Short Term Rental Stylist and a Certified Color Consultant.

Who is Shane Lorenz?

Shane Lorenz runs Decorus Art, a spin off of Decorus Home Staging and RESA® Buying Group Partner.

Decorus Art creates art for the home staging industry and re-usable furniture covers for the industry. Seeing a need for specific solutions for the home staging industry based upon their own issues running Decorus Home Staging he now spends his time creating unique solutions for home stagers.
