Staging industry veteran Michelle Minch, started her business using furniture rental companies, but when the rentals were no longer affordable or allowed her to keep her prices competitive, she shifted to owning her own inventory.
Through this process and years since, Michelle has developed strategies for buying inventory at furniture markets, from online vendors and through brick and mortar stores.

Michelle Minch is the owner of Moving Mountains Design, a successful Los Angeles home staging and interior design company based in Pasadena, CA. Michelle started her staging business in 2006, and has grown year over year due, in part, to her focus on marketing.
Michelle began her career in design as a Stylist and Visual Merchandiser for commercials, music videos, television and feature films. Home staging and interior design was a natural progression, allowing the use of her visual merchandising skills, years of design, marketing and management experience with the goal of creating appealing and comfortable one-of-a-kind interiors that help sell homes.
Michelle’s home staging and interior design work has been featured in the Los Angeles Times, the Chicago Tribune, Green Builder, Sunset Magazine, Los Angeles Weekly and many other national and international publications.
